For Pre-Revenue Start-Ups
I am happy to meet informally to learn more about your organization and determine if I can add value. After some time working together, we can decide if a more formal arrangement would be beneficial. If so, I utilize a traditional FAST agreement to structure our collaboration.
To ensure maximum value for both the company and myself, I limit my advisory roles to no more than three start-ups at a time.

Assisting with deal flow and vetting potential investments.
Start-Ups & Small-Businesses
Providing guidance on product market fit for Care Economy solutions, including CareTech, InsureTech, and those wishing to sell in the Employee Benefits channel. Consulting on acquisition readiness and post-close integration/transition/exit.
Employers and Benefits Brokers Collaborating to maximize support programs for employees with adult-caregiving commitments. While I continue in my leadership role at Caregiven, my consulting work is independent, and any interest in subscribing to Caregiven is redirected to the appropriate distribution partner.
In all cases, we operate under a Scope of Work that clearly defines expectations, roles and responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines with a 50% deposit at contract and the remainder invoiced at completion. This structured approach ensures clarity and accountability, enabling successful outcomes for all parties involved.
To maintain quality and focus, I limit my consulting to two engagements per month.
